    Absolutely they have allready paid the deposite.Dont forget Shell they have indicated that the Geelong and Clyde refineries are up for sale...could they be positioning themselves so they can move into the fuel of the future LNG after all peak oil has occurred and getting out of petrol now and maximising the sale for there assets isnt such a bad idea.
