Thanks Paul and Fairstr. So it was on Lateline Business last night ... good to see. And it WAS balanced although the benefits could have been talked up more with regard to power generation and emmissions reductions. No doubt the Greens will continue to push for a halt to the industry but that had now effect in Qld and it is IMHO unlikley to have a major impact in NSW as well. If they achieve close monitoring and some exclusion zones in farmland and important conservation areas within the Pilliga I reckon that will be a good outcome for them and us!
