I know you've spoken with Link, and I don't know if you covered this but... re King's query re who to appoint;

If he looks alongside the option of "another person" which is UNDER "appoint Chairman, there is another checkbox which when you click on it - opens up a space into which I typed Australian Shareholders Association (as I have before). As Buddy rightly said make sure you nominate your "Corporate Representative" in full, no abbreviations.

This is all very clear on the website, as well as the note that should your nominee, be it ASA or whoever not attend the meeting, they will then be voted by the Chairman as per your instructions.
