Anyone care to comment on the relative merits of HGO V's ESG. What's wrong with HGO? IMO they are trading at a huge discount to ESG. Their ESG holding at current prices (let alone as a strategic stake in ESG) make their asset value far in excess of their current market capitalisation.At the end of the quarter HGO's investments (primarily ESG share holding)and cash was $143.5M. Their current market Cap is about $80M with about $44M debt. What's their problem? Bad management? Bad projects?
