I have spoken to ESG a number of times over the past year or so and I can tell you this company will not go cheaply.
Esg knows it has a once in lifetime opportunity here and management have plenty of shares.
They have been working diligently over the years firming up the resource and honing their technical expertise.
They know they are sitting on a world class resource - that is going to be a monster. They know what they have and Santos had a sneak peek last year, which is why it fell over itself buying a 19.99 per cent stake and gushing to anyone who would listen what a wonderful resource it was.
ESG has already stated it believes it's worth $2.4 billion and that was back in January. A lot has happened since then and a lot more will happen between now and Christmas.
Anyone who thinks esg is going to go cheaply is dreaming.
I believe it's going to fetch many multiples of its current share price.
