I sent an email to the board on security issue of the website http://www.esportmogul.com/irm/content/default.aspx
and just got reply,

Whilst the site does not perform any function requiring security or data protection, I agree with you that the site should probably be SSL protected. It is currently managed by the investor specialist provider https://www.irmau.com/

But we are switching to our own site in the near future, which will definitely have a secure certificate.
