Yeah I agree. I like the idea of open access tournaments for sourcing regional players for tournaments. Poker tournaments moved a large part of their regional qualifiers to remote, online tournaments.
Great point. Obviously we will need to wait and see.
I think it's very likely that we will see a change to Mogul Arena. The existing platform hasn't changed since I first laid eyes on it. No new games have tournaments ready to go, LoL, Hearthstone, AOV, etc.
It's my opinion Razer's involvement has changed the course of the platform. Why would you not throw up some tournaments for LoL if you have no obstacles in the way?
At this stage my sentiment is still to buy but I'm increasingly concerned that a halt in the addition of features (absent a reason) is a sign that Razer may acquire and rebrand the platform.
