What people may be forgetting is that this board has only been involved since August (I think) and it takes time for correspondence and negotiations to take place.
Calls and emails to different people, days or weeks in between to go over the details, calls and emails again.
This isn't buying a second hand car, it's businesses working out ways to make these deals worth their while and mitigate risk etc etc.

Another big tech and first moving company, Tesla, has been late plenty of times, however when they deliver they usually over deliver. Personally I'd rather they get things right and late, than early and rushed.
