Okay so in response to that:
1. Competitors can come from outside the ASX, they don't even need to be listed. I don't think that's relevant at all.
2. I can find other esports tournaments with a 5 second Google search. What makes ESH unique? If it's a mobile app, that's not exactly ground breaking IP.
