Money isn't made in the buying or selling, but the waiting. Or something like thatAgree, announcement could be any day between now and the 9th. Obviously they'll give shareholders some time to digest the news and to put together any questions they have before the webinar. They'd be timing the announcement deliberately, whether its 2pm on a Friday for the rush in the afternoon and Monday morning after a weekend of soaking it up, or 7 days before the 9th, or something.
But it's imminent and it feels like the crumbling of the SP just means this announcement is no longer priced in
Agree, announcement could be any day between now and the 9th....
