ESH was upgraded by Thompson Reuters to their 3 year high of 5/10 yesterday.
They don't have any forecasted price targets and all the earnings are NR, so the fundamentals haven't changed from about neutral. Upgrade based on their relative performance to other companies in the market.
This is a positive reinforcement... based on their clean track record so far, hoping very much to see some of their strategies about to materialise
