Intellectual Property (IP) and Patent is not the same thing. They both have different meanings.
in this case the IP is not under dispute - ECT owns it outright. However, the Australian full rights Patent application is.
Basically an IP (in this case the Coldry tech)is usually protected by a patent (ie a license giving the owner of an IP an exclusive right).
