    LYP future earnings and credit rating will certainly improve when they are meeting Vietnams demand for BLACK COAL or BCE/ COLDRY.
    and they are contributing to a reduction in carbon emmissions world wide.

    Hopefully Baillieu recognises the potential to Victoria and secure employment that a coal drying industry can provide.
