I think the $4m will arrive today or tomorrow. The co. ann this confidently and considering that the date has already been extended twice, management will do all they can not to disappoint SH again. This would too much resemble the management of old. Besides the 'contingency plan' is a great back-up. Rock solid.
The bullish confidence seems to have dropped away somewhat, can't understand why? SP should recover after yesterday's drop imo esp on anticipation of 'company making' deal.
