An even more important announcement imo would be the one that gives details of the consolidation of esi 3 billion shares. This amount of dilution will continually stop the sp from meeting its potential.
At the end of the day, sp increases are what SH want and this amount of dilution will always hinder this. Consolidation is inevitable imo and although it will cause short term pain it may be better in the long term for the sp and for SH.
