well put Imme. To further that, imo Monash/IMFA/IMFAMA whatever you want to call it, are part of the SPV (special purpose vehicles) that ESI have previously mentioned in Announcements.
Now they will be looking for others as well down the track to invest with them, to expand the wonderful COLDRY & MATMOR techs.
This is why some posters can not find much info on monash etc, these are companies purely created to invest in the carbon tax world, and ESI just happen to be right in the middle of it.
Hopefully the rest of the world holds up, and ESI dont washed up before their time.
IMO all is good, just need patience.
