The contingency program is far from rock solid - which you clearly know, so it's unnecessary to be FACETIOUS when pertaining to it.
What is rock solid however, is their commitment to completing the DFT's by the end of the year.
It is nothing more than ramping that some have alluded to this being finalised by September - but I guess some will never learn.
That, I consider will be just as if not a bigger milestone once complete than having attracted the so called CSI!
