Hasn't it been around for over 20 years? How is that new?

First the revalation that at best Coldry can only deliver a 5% - 15% reduction of carbon emissions when a small % of BCE pallets are mixed with lignite and now a claim that power stations don't pay carbon tax!!!
Considering that export of Coldry pellets is not a realistic option, I hope for holder's sakes that the above isn't true.
