I find the timing of this interesting. Unfortunately I think we will now see downward pressure on the SP in the short term. Will they release a further update and clarification on the Indian visit to further influence conversion of ELF? Why close it off before the visit? Why not just get the thing signed and then SH's would be incentivised to convert.... I like the idea of a reduced rate but are they saying to us concert now and you'll be rewarded shortly thereafter?
