Been holding for many a year, CGT only if I sell.
I truely believe ESI has turned full circle and is worth having a core holding now that this is the first time anyone has back the company in-regards to buying into the technologies.
FWIW I see .025 to .035 as the details are released. Roadshows and corporate interest will also add value over the next few months IMO
