On 15 june,,two days after the expiry of the retail offer,
the restrictve takeover articles (setup when AMP was demutualised) expire.
Funny that ,, when the instos who have underwritten the offer are selling during the retail offer pricing period --2weeks-from june 13,, the price may be supported by those interested in a bigger stake for a takeover!!
