Its worthwhile keeping in mind that this little run may not exclusively be related to the imminent financial close of the India project.
We have seen some numbers in the past indicating that sales of suitable outputs of the HVTF R&D could represent a credible cashflow and announcements have indicated that sales, logistics and installation services have been lined up. To me it seems quite possible that local leaks outside ECTL of timing information could generate a bit of buying interest.
Also LV, though that seems a little early at this point.
Just sayin' - there's more than one possible reason to regard $0.010 as an undervalued SP for this little stinker and take a flutter if you have some behind the scenes info on timing.
