Think it would be professional suicide to Deal with China. They'd simply rape ECT for every detail and copy everything. Then onsell it Domestically and Internationally.
Its happened to many companies like Fisher and Paykel that started working in good faith with Chinese companies.
Even now China could hack/steal all the Payents and DFT data via computers. They do it 20,000+ times a day in the USA!
In fact they might have already.
Best bet- Secure all technology then Focus on forging respectful and Honest business partners.
