Can't agree on that one.
Technically this looks like consolidation after initial tree shake, follow through touch of 1.7 cent to follow on volume, as I see it.
There seems no urgency in the trading, no sign of nearing news.
The hiring of additional directors points towards ongoing negotiations, admitedly at a higher gear.
This stock seems to be in the hands of those who push it higher for options conversions and short term trading goals. There has been considerable cash added to the kitty over the past 2 weeks, so somebody in management is doing their job well in providing much needed liquidity.
Current price developments do not seem to point towards imminent news.
