There seems no urgency in the trading, no sign of nearing news.

The hiring of additional directors points towards ongoing negotiations, admitedly at a higher gear.

This stock seems to be in the hands of those who push it higher for options conversions and short term trading goals. There has been considerable cash added to the kitty over the past 2 weeks, so somebody in management is doing their job well in providing much needed liquidity.
Current price developments do not seem to point towards imminent news.

I really think at this crucial point holders are aware that news could come any time now and it would be regretful to not hold when it takes off.

I am certain the office are working at full pace to get this through the line, its just a matter of time now.
