So true!
It can be quite hard to be patient and I'm sure it plays a role in people selling out before a deal is signed. For me the hardest thing will be is deciding when to sell and not holding on for too long. 20c, 50c? I couldn't imagine it reaching 50c, 20c does seem realistic so maybe sell part of my holdings and buy a house and then sell the rest of my holdings at 50c, or am I dreaming? Hmmm...
