I had anticipated a bit more action on 1.4 cent, but do not see it drop lower from now until it spikes again.
Tentative MD support, small volume advance, all indicators of bottoming out and consolidating, in my humble opinion, which usually precedes the next buying spree.

This seemed to have turned around again as the story is only going to get hotter instead of cooling down.
My personal time line had anticipated a 6 weeks period after publication of the famous photo with our visitors within the recent update, so I would guess we have about 4 weeks left until we might see a signature.
Time for meaningful accumulation is running out.

This estimate was derived from standard implementation figures after general verbal agreement between the parties, which I believe must have preceded the visit of our Indian delegates.
