Pan out guys...step back.
Keeping it all simple,
ESI have proven their technology. No point arguing otherwise, its a fools game.
This fact is in print, quantified, qualified, demonstrated, itemised and cross-examined by numerous non-vested independant studies. Fact. If the speculators get past it, maybe the company will too. Lets not ruin a companies future with ridiculaous rumour of things not being proven yet.
What is needing to be shown, and only what is needing to be shown at this phase, is whether or not the INFRASTRUCTURE design is adequate and how to make sure it is adequate for the projects at hand. HATCH have been employed for the final analysis of operations etc and they have a fine website to give you some confidence if you want to know why they are now employed by us.
This is a commercial endeavour, nothing else at this point. This phase has nothing to do with whether or not the technology works, its about the infrastructure and its design, operational faults, improveability factors, refinement of the process, structural testing etc etc etc.
It will be doing a lot of work with the agreements we have entered into with Vietnam for the next 50yrs (for example).
The technology itself, along with its demonstrated ability to do what it promises to do as a commercially available product, could only be criticised by the foolish as it is proven, patented and even produced.
Its very important to make sure that the industrial process can do exactly the same thing! So testing/feild work is necessary. We designed it and the experts are going to look it over and tick or cross boxes in anticipation of troubleshooting factors.
You see, as far as COMMERCIALISATION goes (a big word, nay statement in itself, as it is consideering the stages of a patents inception/invention to gettying it on the shelf), we are at about 70 -80% for total go ahead and only the infrastructure testing is required before full scale production can commencve.
Thats where we are at fundamentally, no matter how anyone wishes to spin around the fact.
(Cheers and dont be distrcated by the poorly simplified arguement that seems to have become entirely personal anyway).
Back to ESI and our two patented technologies (1 licensed, both monopolised in the right management hands).
