I think the greens are more worried about lignite mines than CCT atm.
It's harder getting news coverage chaining yourself to a DFT pdf, than to a conveyor belt or an official company ceremony or meeting venue.
ECT did have it's national brush with greenie controversy when Simon Crean attended the official Tincom signing ceremony in Melbourne.
I remember how excited share holders and stake holders were , anticipating CCT and Gippland industry waterproofing news coverage that day, only to see anti coal lobby crawling all over the venue,with the news coverage refering to Crean and his govt selling out to ect etc, followed by a coupla greenie chain rattlers chaining themselves to conveyor belts in Gippland.
