Good point Amazed but with the quote below from the Age, you have to wonder what the heck ECT are doing to get the state government moving and the general media.
"At the state level the Coalition has backed a plan by the former Labor government locking in an ambitious target to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 20 per cent from levels in 2000 by 2020.
