I never said anything about trading insolvent.
Read it again in the context that I stated it and a reasonable person would know I was talking about free-cash flow, outside the LJC note. And in that context, they dont have any money to redeem a note.
By the way, you were the one that suggested that 2.0c was some sort of protection for ESI shareholders. Do you now understand why it is not?
