It sounds like shareholders are pulled over a barrel to you then does it?
How about just moving management on if they are not transparent. The shareholders only want transparency. If the 'Council' has stopped construction of the 'building' then they would know why but they arent telling anyone. Why? New management was suggested so be it if that help shareholders to feel comfortable with parking there money in what they think is a sound place.
Some of you will argue that a zebra has white stripes versuz black stripes. Whats the point when its an elephant anyway?
