Looking at the inside share holders its impossible to vote out your managment anyway becasue retail investors dont have enough votes to do anything. Sometimes this was the plan all along so that they can dictate even though a board and voting shold represent all share holders.
I still cant fathom how investor will give a few people reward like salaries of tens of thousands of dollars each week plus performance options when they dont achieve anything and have never proven that they can to begin with. If I was a top shareholder theyd be out the door on there head after 12 months.
