Not to harp on it, but i think in this case that correct numbers are importans to mention.....
i think you means to say 100Mtpa is worth $500M pa to ESI and over 50 years based on todays figures that is worth $25BILLION!!..... which is why i would vote NO for a takeover. Those figures are based on only ONE deal (TINCOM).
Others will come.
With regards to a T/O, I guess the issue is that alot of shareholders that i see at meetings and talk to are 'in their later years' and dont have 3 - 10 years to wait for the deals to start rolling in, so they would be happy to take 20 - 30 cents now rather than wait for the inevitable dollar$ that ESI will be worth in the next few years.
Not to harp on it, but i think in this case that correct numbers...
