I need to see an announcement confirming:
(a)DFT is now “ready for tender”. ECT indicated the alignment to ALDP has allowed them to include greater design detail. They have been working with CONSTRUCTION partner McConnell Dowell (the developers) to get ESTIMATES TO "CONSTRUCTION READY"

(b) We have FINALISED DESIGN AND INITIAL COST ESTIMATES. If these are completed and McConnell and ECT have firmed up construction estimates then we will be ready to begin CDP construction. BIG PLUS in terms of the DPI panel.

(c) Confirm site selection and Project approval works have been completed.

Getting the above means ECT have:
(1) Design locked down
(2) Construction costs locked down
(3) Regulatory approvals locked down
(4) Means = Funding from Monash and Govt for CDP is understood. ECT will be in a strong position on cost of plant (give or take some variations)

ALL THE ABOVE NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED AND WILL BE POSITIVE FOR THE HEAVIEST dpi WEIGHTING OF "DELIVERING PROJECT" TO COST AND TIME.
