Is there any particular protocol India follows in whether they tend to hold their meetings in the morning or the afternoon? Lots of OS countries hold them first up because of the heat or so it doesn't affect Siesta time!
The time in India is 10.40am.....maybe NMDC have held theirs or are in full swing now with the local taxi drivers listening in hah?
