Consolidation would in my opinion give ESI more respect when dealing with billion dollar companies The consolidation could be 500 to 1 and shareholders a free option to make up for a likely slight deterioration in sp caused by the consolidation The market cap would eventually increase by all the options been exercised and ongoing announcements Obviously management know what their about but think Indian company staff would feel more comfortable dealing with and investing millions in a 5 dollar company They have shareholders too who they have to explain their actions to just my opinion
