The reason for the delay for signing by NLC and NMDC?
The post about ECT India setting up a company that list on the Australian Stock Exchange as a Tripartite Owned Company seems to fit all the reasons.
Otherwise NLC and NMDC would have signed Pre AGM and announced the fact in their AGMs.
This New company needs its own space to grow. NLC and NMDC want ALOT of the ECT Pie. This allows them
To benefit from the Royalties from collaboration and Further Indian expansion.
The Indian Ministers are then Happy with
The arraingement and ECT has Political and economic stability.
AND believe You Me- These companies WANT INCOME and EXPANSION.
Theoretically a 24% holdings for each company by tipping in say $20 million each would set up the Coldry Plant, accelerate the Matmor DFT and set up a Matmor Retort.
