The determinations of the NITI reviewers, a la ALDP, ‘game-changing technology but …’ is methinks on the horizon. But imagine this: the company succeeds in banking millions via the ELF; then return to the promise of bigger things in the LV; consolidate, etc. The good news, probably no more CRs for some time as the salaries and fees and whatnot will all be covered while they ‘fast track’ in the LV on R&D rebates. Brilliant scenario, imo.
