A debt finance binding term sheet was signed.
The parties can not get out of it. It is legally binding.
The USD150m funding is to cover engineering, procurement, construction and finance.
The company is generating work packages to come up with the final price tag.
It would be highly likely less than USD150m, which is conservatively estimated in the PFS.
The end game is getting closer and will be serious.
