I do agree that they would have had to provide detail of where the private funding was coming from.
I seems Monash is trying to have it both ways. Should the DPI's decision go against ESI, no doubt Monash will go underground and then ESI has going concern issues.
If the DPI nominate ESI, then ofcourse Monash will come good, why wouldnt they?
Understanding the risk/reward play off, I will wait till the decision in known.
