I am with you Megangene. This is very common sense that The Government will definitely check the documents provide by ESI that who will be a private Funding. The Government already mentioned that there are too many requirements and very strictly applied. It is like we apply for the Loan from the Banks. Before pre-approval, we have to provide all the documents required. The banks will never give you even pre-approval if the applicant doesn't have any solid proven documents. This ALDP process is much much higher degree than ordinary loan. It is related to the big projects,revenue and jobs. The government will never approve ESI as a short listed applicant if they have no sighted any solid documents from ESI. But ESI cannot leak any words to the public because this is very strictly confendial rules by Government. This is very common sense to think why ESI is invited to the Lunch and why ESI is shorlisted.
