Really? If Monash dont come through with funding, the options are toast. What price do you think the heads will be?
Its a logical bet, that if you think that Monash will come good, that you get more bang for your buck with the options. Either way, if it doesnt come through, the cash is lost IMO. The heads will see a massive run for the doors and it wont take much for the heads to hit the floor.
High risk play all the same, but lots at stake if they can make it happen.
