SP3 has managed to clear up the situation, it's a "back of house" issue at NABTrade so I am happy.
Having said that, I still stand by my claim that it's their (management) responsibility to have them correctly assigned. Read: "have them correctly assigned"... I would be baffled if you didn't agree with this statement, I feel you have mis-interpreted my words which we're all guilty of from time to time.
Issue closed for me.
