I was told they would try to get an email back to me yesterday in regard of some details of one of my ELF applications that we were discussing but did not hear back. I suspect they're slammed with applications to work through. Not too worried - they will get on top of it in time. Based on some of the comments in this forum I get the feeling a lot of people have left their run to the last minute (for whatever reason). I didn't pre-apply and I guess there could have been many who did the same.
