IMO , the only "people" who would want a consolidation to occur are the ones who would like to keep chipping away at the SP, for instance if a 1-10 happened the SP at 1.40 it would be easy to chop it back to say $1 or lower , but at .014 it's unlikely to retreat lower because people aren't selling , there holding strong and patiently waiting for news ahead
