They cannot announce if all they are doing is looking to form an agreement with a provider or government body.

My guess is it is a government agency given the commentary around defence in the last update.

Every day, every business is pitching for deals, if they were required to disclose every time they tendered or commenced a discussion the exchange would be ridiculous, with a need to state the progress of normal day to day business.

I am sure as soon as they do win a deal given the last deal and timing of news they will comply, just hope as a shareholder it is meaningful and we see revenue streams flow over time.

Be interesting to see if the "capper" arrives again this afternoon at 4.01pm to sell 100,000 at the offer price given the shares are being accumulated again this morning at 80 cents
