Don't shoot me for bringing this up again, but IMO FSE still has way too many shares floating around. Why would someone risk pushing the price up when there is an abundance of cheap shares flooding the market? Even when she does run, the inevitable profit taking will kill momentum. This will continue until a consolidation tightens the register IMO. At the moment there is too much risk of a consolidation and/or further dilution.
