Looking at the current market values of UNV ($80mil) and TER ($70mil) if they weren't merged. You would ordinarily expect the total market cap of TER to be $150mil now.
Based on the current ASX price, even if TER acquire the remaining UNV they will only issue an extra $2.5m of shares taking its total market cap to $72mil... TER basically got UNV for free...
