I will run some numbers and post tomorrow. Just one thing though, "escrow" refers to stock that can't be sold. ie: it is locked up until a certain date. This would normally be the case for seed stock coming into an IPO. Normally locked up for two years post ipo. ESN does not have any stock that is subject to escrow. All convertibles can be converted at any time prior to their expiry date and all options can be converted at their exercise price. Obviously the latter would depend on whether they are in the money or not. I a pretty sure BMcN posted the total number at around 3.2b which is about right. I will break it down again and hopefully we can all sleep easy!
